Bethesda Magazine: Battery Lane Apartment Owners Scoping 15-Year Plan To Redevelop Buildings

Several apartment buildings on Bethesda’s Battery Lane are in line to be redeveloped under a long-term proposal being prepared by Aldon Management Corp. and outlined in a letter sent to tenants Tuesday.

The company said six of its older buildings will be redeveloped in phases over the next 15 years “into five all-new residential properties that offer modern living.”
