MoCo Planning Approves Site C Site Plan

The Montgomery County Planning Board approved the Battery Lane Site C Site Plan unanimously on February 16, 2023.  Before the Site Plan can be implemented, next steps include a record plat of subdivision to be approved by the Planning Board as well as all of  the engineering and architectural design work for building permit and land development plans.

Brown will be focused on permitting and constructing  Site C over the next 4 years. No decisions have been made as to redevelopment of any other site at this time.
