Notice of Application for Sketch Plan and Preliminary Plan

Sketch Plan #320190080 and Preliminary Plan #120190240 have been filed with the Montgomery County Planning Board and is being reviewed. A copy of the proposed plans are available to view below. These plans will be considered by the Montgomery County Planning Board at a public hearing to obtain public comment. The tentative date for this hearing is July 23, 2019; however, please note that this may change.
