It is expected that the first phase of development will begin with Site C, which is located at 4890 & 4900 Battery Lane, also known as Glen Brook and Glen Mont respectively. Design and engineering work for the building and surrounding site improvements are underway now, and our goal is to file a Site Plan application for the parcel within the next six months.

Last December the Montgomery County Planning Board approved the Sketch Plan for the redevelopment of Aldon Management’s properties along Battery Lane. Following the approval of our Sketch Plan, we anticipate another hearing before the Planning Board to approve the Preliminary Plan in the coming months.
