It is expected that the first phase of development will begin with Site C, which is located at 4890 & 4900 Battery Lane, also known as Glen Brook and Glen Mont respectively. Design and engineering work for the building and surrounding site improvements are underway now, and our goal is to file a Site Plan application for the parcel within the next six months.
